Zusammenfassung:Company Agropesa of the sacred canton Domingo with the purpose of automating the processes before in the department mentioned. With this System one can obtain a control of all the products that you/they enter and egresan in cellar in an easy and quick way. The system of information has been developed using the following tools: • Visual Microsoft Studio.Net 2008. • Database SQL Server. Once created and installed the system of information, you can consent from the clients where he/she is the application in the cellar department and administration of the plant. People that consent first to the system will begin session entering user and countersign. Once it is entered to the system those Users can: Administrator • To register Employees, Suppliers, Products. • To create to modify and to eliminate. Cellars, positions, section, users, unit of measures, categories, branch. • To carry out. Orders, Revenues of products and office of the same ones to the employees of the plant. • To generate. Report, by means of statistical necessary. • To change their countersign. In charge of Cellar. • To carry out. Orders, revenues of products and office of the same ones to the employees of the plant. • To generate. Some reports with the Administrator's permission. • To change their countersign. In summary, this system of information for the cellar administration will allow the users of the system to enter, egress and to control existent products and to verify minimum stock and maximum in cellar, to have a bigger control of the existent products to avoid production interruption for lack of materials or products. In the same way he/she will be able to obtain reports to carry out inventories and to control expenses for employees and costs for supplier or product, so that the administration can make the decisions with security in an immediate way when it is this required.
