The company's agricultural products REYBANPAC S.A. in the province of Los Rios has offices in various haciendas property. When the process of hardware and software inventory runs technicians must move to different offices causing mobilization expensesto the company. Additionally, implicitly mobilization brings risks of traffic accident soccur at any times othat the staff would notlaboren while recovering or worstcould lose their lives. When technicians are running the software inventory process and hardware, they take their comments in Excel sheets. Inventory is done manually, ie, the technician should be taking data on their own without the help of any software. This means that there is human error given the likelihood of errors occurring in read / write information or otherwise. One factor that affects how manual inventory of software and hardware to is the limited use of information technology. In this case, the company REYBANPAC SA has a software called Inventory Manager, the same process should be installed on each client computer. Additionally, the experience in its use has been detected that operates unstably resulting in unreliable information as it pertains to software and hardware. Finally, the IT department has not established how often must the hardware and software inventories. What usually happens is that by chance or report a user process inventory of a particular computer is activated. With that states that there is no plan to audit software and hardware.
