The goal was to meet the objectives: Overall objective: To determine the risk factors in pregnancy and its relationship with threats of abortion, in the Hospital of the Day "Muñoz" de Quevedo, during the first half of 2014, and their specific objectives a) Review the medical records of pregnant women treated at the Hospital of the Day Muñoz de Quevedo, to establish the pathological events with higher incidence during the first half of 2014, b) determine the clinical expressions of TORCH complex embryo and treated at the Hospital of the Day "Muñoz" de Quevedo, c) Establish the physiological changes caused by bulb-vaginal trauma in pregnant women treated at the Hospital of the Day "Muñoz" de Quevedo, during the first half of pregnant 2014; d) Define the serious consequences that urinary tract infections increase the risk of preterm birth. The results achieved determined risk factors of 155 pregnant women attended during the first half of 2014, 37% were pregnant mothers between 15 and 20 years old, 45% between 21 and 30 years; and 18% of mothers aged over 30years. The threat of abortion was detected as the highest incidence in pregnancy with 33%, preterm birth for fetal infection has a notable presence of 20% Injuries bulb-vaginal represent 15% and finally infections of the urinary tract account 32% risk. The contribution of Muñoz Day Hospital is committed to promote preventive and illustrative talks to expectant mothers of all ages, to consider its special and wonderful time, avoiding stress and overwork and all those factors that represent risk for the proper development of the baby. |
