Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | This research work had as main objective to improve the process of galvalum paneling in the company "INCAVIT SA" is an industry dedicated to the manufacture of natural rubber, channels, belts, zinc, roof, laminate marketing, tool, zinc, steel pipe and profiles in general (production and distribution of construction materials), which is located at km 22 of the route Santo Domingo-Quinindé of Santo Domingo, is a company that has been operating since 1984 and has gradually grown to become the number one at the regional level, due to the high acceptance of its products on the market as well as high quality and useful in different areas. In the area of paneling galvalum it is where the covers (roofs and zinc) occurs, problems occurs such as poor production line duratecho causing delays in shipments, higher levels of waste, low production rates, conditions unsuitable working poor management of the raw material. All these problems cause the production efficiency is insufficient and damage for the company. A general diagnosis and analysis of the current situation of the production lines that make up the area galvalum performed, describing physical processes and functions that perform each addition to make use of flowcharts and operations in conjunction with the analysis of operations and human resources. Thanks to the general assessment that was made in the company INCAVIT SA, it was possible to identify the poor performance of the production line manual duratecho the galvalum production area (3.5m / min rolling coil, 16%), thereby proposed solutions to raise the performance level of production was established in 18m / min rolling similar to the production line of super roof Incavit coil was developed. |
