Sunday, telephone extensión 5804 052762445. The goal was to meet the objectives: Overall objective: To determine the role of Nurse Medical Clinic Zulema, for the prevention of accidents in workers Reybanpac Company, Canton area Fumisa Buena Fe, during the first half of 2014 and specific objectives a) Establish the improper use of protective equipment used by workers Reybanpac Fumisa canton area company Buena Fe, during the first half of 2014, b) Analyze the risk factors with the greatest impact on accidents of Reybanpac Company, canton area Fumisa Buena Fe, during the first half of 2014; c) Identify the causes of absenteeism in labor accidents Reybanpac Company, Canton area Fumisa Buena Fe, during the first half of 2014; d) To propose actions to be performed to prevent the increase of multiple injuries from accidents Reybanpac Company workers, who are seen in the Medical Clinic Zulema, Fumisa area. The results obtained determined that 5% of workers Reybanpac Company used appropriately protective materials in the development of their work activities, the months with the highest risk of accidents are: June, May and April, linked to major causes are accidents misuse or neglect of protective equipment and work tools: machete, curved and pulley, breaking canes and the presence of heavy objects. The research concludes by proposing actions pursuant to the role of Nurse Medical Clinic Zulema Fumisa area; a) Conduct discussions regarding organizational and personal affectations, for the prevention of accidents, and b) managing training on the proper use of tools: machete, curved and pulleys by the Department of Industrial Safety. |
