Streszczenie:The model of talent management is a strategic management approach, aiming at creating maximum value for the organization through a set of actions to have at all times the level of knowledge, skills and abilities in obtaining the results needed to be competitive and offer customers Quevedo’s, Super Stores quality service. According to the results, most employees say that Quevedo’s Super Store show little interest in personal development of its employees. Likewise agree, the head of human talent is not doing its job efficiently, and that 59% of employees surveyed said so. It is very important for Quevedo’s Super Store, make decisions that protect and support fully the proper conduct of the same throughout his career, because in this way be achieved be efficient and productive, but the work environment is bringing complications among peers and is detrimental to the company, as it can demonstrate that it has the need to assess and analyze management performed by the Human Resource department as to their impact on job performance. For this reason, a Management Model for Human Resource Unit to be applied in Quevedo’s Super stores, Los Rios province, with the aim of strengthening the work performance of employees and collaborators presented
