El banco de barrio y su incidencia en las economías familiares de los pequeños negocios, durante el año 2013

The study 's main objective was to analyze the impact generated by the Banco del Barrio in family economies of small business in Quevedo in 2013 . This banking service offered in the popular business has spread to other businesses and to more places as a mechanism for moving the bench near homes in order to provide for greater outreach to the villages. Owners of Banco del Barrio and customers who use this medium in which the level of user satisfaction and well-being of the economies of the families that own businesses analyzed were considered in this investigation. The results of this research showed that there is a high level of customer satisfaction in terms of banking services offered by small businesses and that the largest proportion of the Banco del Barrio have led to increased customer acquisition. In addition, we observed that users prefer to access this service by the proximity to their homes, and especially security they represent. In turn it was found that this service is important to the community because it allows cover to places where people are limited financial resources. xvi
