In this regard we proceeded to carry out a market study, by applying survey of farmers, banana producers in the Quevedo canton, where supply, demand, prices, and judgment on the new location was determined store them to acquire their productitos more easily. Through technical study the optimal location of the land is identified by analyzing the existence of basic services necessary for the operation as water, electricity, roads, among others to operate the warehouse, investments in infrastructure, furniture and fixtures Capital labor, machinery and equipment as well as the labor required to launch the company. The economic study shows cash flow, by analysis on revenues and expenditures of the project shows that there is surplus over the life of the project. And in the financial evaluation indicators analyzed they showed a net present value of $ 51,656.00 and an internal rate of return of 59% results giving security to undertake the creation of this new and separate room that will improve the market and generate higher returns economic
