In the present research work was carried out a market study, which allowed us to determine that Quevedo Citizenship seeks to acquire permanent cleaning services for your home or office. Why it considered the development of a business plan focused on the creation of a company to provide maintenance services and specialized cleaning. The demand for this type of services is very broad, especially since the City of Quevedo there any companies that provide similar services. The business idea is to go directly to the home or office facilities with cleaning and maintenance cleaning depending on client’s demand, all for a team of highly trained, reliable and responsible, and by using biodegradable materials and technology that facilitate and save cleaning time. Total investment of project is $ 58.331,45, which will be funded 60% ($ 34.998,56) for personal contribution of partners and 40% ($ 23,332.58) by bank loan. Cleaning services are classified into three categories: Cleaning Express, Standard and Cleaning Full Cleaning, and in turn the price of each depends on the dimensions that have the cleaning area. SERLICOM, is the name that will make the company maintenance services and specialized cleaning, the same as is projected in revenue in the first the amount of $ 144,000.00, with a team of eight auxiliary strategically distributed workgroups and a schedule of daily cleansing averaging from 1 to 3 hours. With the financial evaluation it was determined that the VAN amounts to $23.892,38; the TIR was established at 18.39% and the B/C at $ 1.20, thereby determining that the project is profitable. |
