Итог:This research project was the fundamental motivation to analyze the level of acceptance of Café Don Valdez in the northern coastal region taking as a benchmark pilot sites within this region, based on an analysis of supply and demand through the study market for that purpose the relevant aspects was compiled according to the requirements of the demand for commercial development of the project and performing the technical study - to analyze the financial viability of the implementation of the investment. In the course of the investigation it is established that the market survey on the northern coastal region, through the survey tool, targeting 384 inhabitants of the target market as applied to the sample and five interviews with the owners of wholesale stores more important. Additional technical study detailing the different aspects such as the location of the company with its technical and human infrastructure among other factors was established. The feasibility is established it in the economic and financial study and where the return on investment was determined to calculate the various both fixed costs was established and therefore variable, bearing in mind two factors that marketed product and the various resources that are necessary for the product distribution process, finally the calculation of both the Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal rate of Return (IRR) was performed, proving the benefit that supports marketing, establishing its feasibility. By calculating the financial analysis (NPV), it amounted to $ 183,674.31, so the calculation of (IRR) was 28.9% which gives us a real prospect of viability, and thus establishing the feasibility of marketing Don Valdez coffee in the northern coastal region, also established a time of two years to recover the investment. It is considered as the various studies both technical, and economic and trade between last financial, all this leads us to conclude that the project is viable.
