| Summary: | This research studies the administrative management - Financial and its impact on service quality in my City Quevedo Foundation, referencing the company needs common knowledge to be able to address issues such as performance measurement and quality management service on the boardwalk Eloy Alfaro of our city. Within this context seeks to answer the following research question: How does the quality of service in the degree of user satisfaction is the foundation Quevedo my city? The general objective for this research raises is: Evaluate the impact of service quality in the degree of user satisfaction in founding Quevedo is my city. In this way and by hypothesis may show that with adequate administrative and service process has a positive effect on improving the image of the jetty and quality of services to the community of Quevedo. The first specific hypothesis measure the results if the service provided on the premises of Eloy Alfaro boardwalk is insufficient to care for the inhabitants of the city of Quevedo and environment.
