The results report that the system of current file doesn't allow to assist quickly and efficiency the requirements of the internal and external users, therefore, it intends the establishment of the software Google Drive in order to provide immediate access to the information and to assist in an opportune way the requirements of the users, in such a way that improves the image of the institution. Keywords: Secretary, archive, documents, digitals.La Unidad Educativa Réplica Nicolás Infante Díaz es una institución estatal enmarcada en el Programa de Escuelas del Milenio liderada por el Gobierno Constitucional de la República del Ecuador, la cual debe estar inmersa en los cambios tecnológicos que permita mejorar la calidad del servicio y la imagen institucional, por lo que se planteó como principal objetivo: "Analizar la necesidad de establecer el Sistema de Gestión Integral Digitalizada del archivo”. Los resultados reportan que el sistema de archivo actual no permite atender con rapidez y eficiencia los requerimientos de los usuarios internos y externos, por lo tanto, se propone el establecimiento del software Google Drive a fin de proveer acceso inmediato a la información y atender de manera oportuna los requerimientos de los usuarios, de tal manera que se mejore la imagen de la institución.
