Propuesta de implementación de actividades deportivas de aventura en el río umbe cantón Quinsaloma provincia de Los Ríos

This research was based on the proposed implementation of adventure sport activities for Umbe River, this project seeks to promote new trends in Quinsaloma Canton and enhanced as an attractive tourism within the province of Los Rios, this research arises from the lack of tourism activities to be developed in the place due to various circumstances, once motivated tourism activities in this area sustainable use of the resource would be achieved. The proposed methodology allowed a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results, field work allowed to know the hydrographic features and water quality of the river under investigation, it is necessary to indicate the primary and secondary sources of information, the latter developed through Data obtained from literature sources as undergraduate thesis, reports of self-government, decentralized local and internet, this methodology applied formula to determine the target population to whom 376 surveys distributed between the cantons of Quinsaloma and Quevedo with an age range between 20 years applied and 24 years directed to the urban population. With the tool of geographic information system "Arcgis" allowed me to know the location and the watershed that keeps the Umbe river, with capacity utilization method was possible to display the features currently holds Umbe river during the rainy season and dry throughout the period, existing features of the Index score riparian forest quality and use of the tourist signage of the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador "MINTUR". Finally it is concluded that the proposed implementation activities for adventure sports is viable in the Umbe river.
