The objectiveof this research isto identify factorsthatalsofavor theemployee turnover, the worker's needs, determine patternsof production and profitabilityofthehaciendato proposean incentive planthat allows to improvework performancein the enterprise. The methodology used in the implementation of this research is qualitative and quantitative agreement with the paradigm that was determined to be the critical proactive ie will inquire directly with each aspect related to the management of human talent The sourcethat was usedis thesurvey ofestate workersand knowledge gainedby direct observationreflectedthe same asthat 60% of employees feel thatthe companyshouldworry aboutthelevel of trainingfor the worker toimprovehisjob performance.
