| الملخص: | This thesis work has been developed based on the theme: Management Audit and its impact on the operational processes of the Education Unit "THE GUAYACANES" Quevedo Canton, 2013, whose main purpose is to verify their level of performance in activities. To evaluate the efficiency with which the activities take place and show that quality service and warmth which meets the needs of the student community is provided, comprising a series of procedures to be performed, which is why it is proposed as goal: Run a Management Audit operational processes of the Education Unit to assess the level of compliance with the objectives, check the efficiency of material and financial resources; and verify compliance with the procedures and legal basis. The research project was developed through a methodology in which methods, materials and research techniques used, also has an updated theoretical framework based on books and Internet sources that support their work. Once applied the relevant procedures and techniques for evaluating the results obtained showed that the institution presents problems such as failure of the proposed objectives, lack of budget and inventory reports, also found that not all staff understand clearly the rules and laws established. That is why it is recommended to management integration activities and socialization among all staff of the strategic plan and the standards raised, and implement tools for planning and control of material and financial resources. |
