Responsabilidad social empresarial y su incidencia en el desarrollo sostenible del Gad municipal del cantón Mocache, año 2015

This research project was based on an analysis of corporate social responsibility and its impact on sustainable development Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government Mocache Canton has a population of 38,392 inhabitants. To extract the necessary information on research made use of surveys to residents and workers and an interview with the head of production development of the canton GADM Mocache, and then assess its corporate social responsibility through the Ethos indicators, the same as will give the information needed for decision-making. Manifests serving as the first objective of the research it found that currently 49% of employees Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of the canton Mocache expressed that the working environment is good perceived by them as it has everything you need to do your daily activities such as infrastructure, peer relationships, motivations, among others. In addition 67% said that if they are satisfied with the infrastructure of the municipality. 48% of the inhabitants of the canton Mocache said they are not satisfied with the Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of the canton Mocache management because it could not meet all the urgent need for the community. 75% also believe that if it is important that the GAM Canton Mocache develop projects focused on corporate social responsibility as this will bring great benefits to the community.
