Aumento de la productividad en la empresa metal mecánica sagnay aplicando la metodología lean manufacturing

Productivity and competitiveness are fundamental factors in the ways work is carried out. Ingenuity and creativity allow for the formulation of strategies that enable manufacturing entities to optimize resources, reduce costs, and position themselves competitively in the labor market. The main focus of this project was Lean Manufacturing, which also included other tools such as operation diagrams, time studies, Gantt charts, among others. These tools were utilized in the project's development. The problem was analyzed through the observation method of workers' tasks, where many idle times were identified. Therefore, it was necessary to employ the SMED methodology, which ensured the optimization of production times. The optimal solution was found through an analysis in operation diagrams, where the initial situation of the production process was examined, and optimization of production work was proposed accordingly. The project concluded with the simulation of processes in the FlexSim software, allowing for the verification of the feasibility of the project's application.
