Résumé:For creating a marketer of children's clothing, has immersed the review process for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activity undertaken administration, is where the employer must use a business plan for the projection market in order to globally analyze the business environment through effective technical, economic, financial and administrative study to determine the feasibility of installing a marketer of children's clothing, based on this statement, the present research work was performed in the La Maná canton province of Cotopaxi. The objective set was "Develop a business plan for the creation of a trading company in Canton Kids clothing La Maná in 2013." For registration information, a questionnaire was used to survey two segments of the population: September owners of stores selling clothing for children and 372 clients to determine their judgment of quality, prices, and service. The investment required for the implementation of the company is $ 23.873.30. The income statement in net income in the first year amounting to $ 22.211.00 and generated cash flow for the first year is $ 22.609.20 distinguished due to the initial investment this year. With the cash flows is I can calculate the net present value NPV same as presented a positive value $ 51.289.97, which means that there is a return of liquidity generated by the project updates. The internal rate of return IRR is 97% higher than the rate of market opportunity, therefore the project is feasible and viable from the point of view of market, economic and financial as you can see in previous lines.
