| Zusammenfassung: | Aquaculture production is a growing activity becoming increasingly stronger as alternatives to establish aquatic species as food for the world population, which the objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of Bacterol Shrimp Forte on the productive and nutritional zootechnical parameters and survival in juvenile freshwater lobster C. quadricarinatus. The investigation lasted 60 days where five levels of probiotic and a control 0 - 0.10 - 0.20 - 0.30 - 0.40 - and 0.50 mL were used. A completely randomized design (DCA) was applied, for six treatments with three repetitions (experimental tanks) with a density of 20 juveniles / tank. The results of the zootechnical parameters showed a significant difference (P ≤ 0.05) between the T4 (0.40 mL of probiotic) with respect to the control treatment (0 mL of probiotic) in the variables of final weight, final height, weight increase, weight gain and condition factor. At T3 and T4, he obtained 83% survival rate at the end of the experiment compared to the control treatment. Regarding the nutritional parameters such as the feed conversion rate and feed efficiency and the protein efficiency rate, statistically there were highly significant differences between the T3 (0.30 mL of probiotic) and control treatment. with the T3 obtaining the best nutritional values for both. variables. Regarding the physical-chemical parameters of the water, the temperature remained between 27.0 and 32.0 ° C, this is due to the incorporated thermostats, pH 7.0 - 8.0. dissolved oxygen (DO) from 4.7 to 6.2 mgL-1, ammonia from 0 to 0.25 ppm, nitrite at 0 ppm this remained so during the 60 days of the experiment and nitrate at 0 to 10 ppm. The inclusion of probiotics in the diet of juvenile freshwater lobster C. quadricarinatus showed us positive results in the zootechnical and nutritional parameters, which allowed us to know the interaction of the components in the rearing period in an intensive system.
