Auditoría de gestión y su incidencia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa “Fumigaciones aéreas Pérez s.a.”; del cantón Valencia, período 2013- 2014. Modelo de auditoria de gestión

This research was conducted in the company of aerial spraying Pérez SA, Valencia Canton province of Rivers, the same that is responsible for providing its services pest control to different agricultural crops in the area. Through an examination of management audit is to identify the weaknesses in each area of the company in order to propose an addressed to meeting the goals set by the company within the criteria of efficiency, effectiveness and economy improvement. It is for this reason that the primary objective focused research work was to evaluate the incidence of auditing in compliance with the objectives of the company Perez SA Aerial Spraying during the period 2013 - 2014, thereby enabling to obtain a systematic view and determine what is efficient and effective management of the company. The theoretical foundation on which this paper is framed and that helped a deeper understanding of what you want to achieve with the investigation within the company knowledge, which is supported by historical background, definitions of different authors, importance, scope and methods of management audit. The methodology used in the development of this research work has been thoroughly revised to achieve the best results to be achieved and thus help analyze the information obtained, with the previous visit to the organization, monitoring and verification of information obtained from the company through the interview and survey of senior management and staff of each of the areas of the company, it has been able to find strengths and weaknesses in each of the areas based on the activities developed to achieve objectives. After applying quietly each of the methods and techniques involved in the research developed the general hypothesis "The audit affects the fulfillment of the objectives of the business of aerial spraying Pérez SA, Canton Valencia." Confronted with the results for verification. Then proceed to the product conclusions of the research development thereof that arose from the application of questions developed for obtaining information and thus provide critical for the company to be more efficient and effective in achieving recommendation their goals. Finally a proposal was implemented within the company such as model management audit Audit Management Model for the company Spraying Air Perez is provided. Inc. to assist the fulfillment of the objectives, the same that helped conduct the study in each of the areas of the company involved in the management drawing conclusions and recommendations which aims to improve administrative management.
