| סיכום: | The project is to investigate the administration and its relationship with mobbing in business, analyze the problem you are facing the workers, serious problem, which occurs very frequently and caused concern in the town of Quevedo, by the negative consequences caused by this type of behavior. The fundamental reason why this research is done is to determine the magnitude of these acts of intimidation, violence, discrimination against employees and to publicize those with responsibilities on the magnitude of this problem; the results found by a study of throughmarket survey aimed at employees of both public and private the same as possible to know about bullying and thus draw the respective conclusions and recommendations served to put a proposal on the management companies administrative and mobbing in the city of Quevedo. Many entrepreneurs try to improve their income too require employees without being properly supported and often ends with the departure of the company. Through market research it was determined the incidence of administrative management of the existing mobbing in companies of Canton Quevedo , besides identifying existing legal instruments with which they can count the victims of workplace harassment and protection measures proposed and control over workplace harassment for the workers, the budgets for the implementation of a business office to help mitigate this problem by implementing activities such as training they determined, activation of corporate values , staff training on the harassment, unification activities, psychological tests, involving administrative management among others. |
