| Yhteenveto: | This project aims to develop a feasibility study for the creation of a center of equine, Canton Good Faith, the same as through market research was determined that there is a large unmet demand because good canton Faith does not have a rehabilitation center that provide service to horses therapies. Through technical study it was possible to analyze that there will be no objection to the part of infrastructure and land rent, since it will feature basic services, and the availability of materials to be used in the equine center. In addition it will be located on the road to Quevedo for easy user access, which provides an incentive for the physical realization of the project. To finance the equine center, it has an investment of $ 40.962,38, the same that has its own bank credit and financial institution Banco Pichincha resources. The value of income is $163.200,00, the value is increased by 2% each year. In the feasibility study expenditures it reflects all production costs, administrative expenses, sales expenses, financial expenses, with an annual value of $119.147,00. Net income generated by the project is $ 34.333,05. Net Present Value (NPV) generated by the project is equal to $ 99.977,05; and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 79%. The benefit / cost is $ 1,37 US dollars which means that for every dollar invested in the project was further recover $ 0,37 cents, which is very favorable for the viability of the project outcome. The study considers a set of strategies to ensure the implementation of the project, the permanence of the company in the market and meeting customer needs and expectations. |
