| Sumari: | The present research, it takes in order to present an analysis and through research and practice, creating a company that has an economic activity production and marketing of granola, in order to be achieved culturalizarla locate and Quevedo in the canton and around. In this research, the main part for understanding the problem and the effect was treated, it was necessary to hypothesize that the solution to the problem was in compliance with the research hypothesis. Technical, operational and financial: the theoretical framework aspects were discussed. The methodology used in the research methods used, the types of research, people, samples techniques and instruments used in data collection were described. To this aim, the hypothesis was tested through the research results obtained through interviews with authorities, leading to the conclusions and recommendations on the establishment of a company for the production and marketing of artisanal granola, which was detailed widely in the proposal to the problem. Resulting and considering the size of the project, the investment required for the operation of the company is not very high, but especially the profitability is acceptable under the following acquired data: NPV of 611,613.11; the IRR of 4.25 and a discount rate of 16% |
