For the execution of this work has proposed the following formulation of the problem What is the impact the management audit Human Resource department of the agricultural enterprise Exp. E Imp. Manobal C. Ltda., Quevedo Canton period 2012? The same is justified because it allows the recognition of their competitive weaknesses, establish potential risks they face administration, seeking to know, evaluate, establish and correct shortcomings in using the same techniques or tools Auditing that contribute to decision making and adoption of appropriate criteria, the Exp. E Imp. Manobal C. Ltda., is located in the province of Los Rios Quevedo Cato via Valencia Km 1. To carry out this research we used a methodology in which the different materials and research methods such will itemize: Analytical, systematic and types of exploratory and descriptive research between the techniques and instruments questionnaire and interview used to develop different independent variables, and the results showed the research were: Once prepared the audit report shows each of the risk levels identified during the inquiry process, the inherent irrigation is 52% risk Control irrigation 25.54% and corresponds detection of 25%, this determines a 3.32 % risk of audit results with appropriate recommendations are to serve for the improvement of company processes. |
