| Izvleček: | In this thesis we may find that the city of Quevedo, is an attractive market for investors because there is a great ability to milk consumption, allowing access to different local and national brands which extends a competitive warfare between them as: LecheToni, Parmalat, The Milkmaid, King Milk, VitaLeche, Nutri Milk, among others. The research carried out allowed despejas and solve the problem present in this research: the dairy producer of San Antonio in his system of production and marketing of its products presents certain knots in the critical market, due to the competition that exists for the concentration of marks that do not enables greater positioning in the market of the study object. The Nutri Milk production was first introduced in the market with its presentation of sheath of long duration. Its direct distributors in the market are the different Quevedeno supermarkets: Super Tia, Commissariat Quevedo, Tia, Aki, among others. The same that facilitate the acquisition of the product to the final consumers. The study is justified because implemented the project, the company achieves greater positioning in the competitive market, a process that makes it possible to face the competition; we reached the proposed objectives: Conducting a market study to determine the product positioning "Nutri Milk" in the canton Quevedo - 2012, and the specific objectives that contributed significantly to the achievement of the thesis: to establish the degree of acceptance, consumer tastes and preferences of "Nutri Milk" in the market of Quevedo; Identify sites and places of preference for the consumers to buy "Nutri milk" in Quevedo and determine which submission of Nutri milk the consumer prefers |
