Manual de organización y funciones para el centro de formación artesanal "11 de octubre", del cantón Buena Fe; provincia de Los Ríos, 2011

The present work of investigation was orientated to analyze, to diagnose and propose the Organizational and Functional Structure more relevant of the Centro de Formación Artesanal " 11 de Octubre ". To such an effect there got up the information of the different functions of those who work in this educational institution, there being effected a rigorous analysis that he concluded with a diagnosis where judgment of value was issued on existing faults and the possible recommendations. On the basis of the diagnosis is designed the Organizational Structure of the Centro de Formación Artesanal " 11 de Octubre "., so much in his graphical aspect (Flowchart) as well as his descriptive aspect (Manual of Functions) answering to the dynamics and royal needs of the institution. The investigation revealed that the Structure, so much organizacional since procedural was not updated not formalized in all his hierarchic levels and teacher, respectively. One recommends to the institution to implant the design of the structures realized, instructing complete to their personnel, since the designed model represents the duty to be of his reality, which will allow a fluid and united functioning of the administrative activities that they carry out.
