總結:The arterial hypertension is a public health problem in developed and underdeveloped countries, being a generally silent, chronic and causes significant damage to the body if left untreated or poorly treated, common disease is closely associated with various cardiovascular diseases which they are the leading cause of death worldwide, causing irreversible consequences has fatal complications if not receive timely treatment. Affecting millions of people and causes 3 million deaths a year worldwide. It is a common disease among the adult population, produces morphological and functional changes in the brain manifesting with cognitive impairment or vascular dementia, so it is important for early detection of changes in the functioning cognitive hypertensive patients whose main objective is to analyze the causes and effects of hypertension in patients attending the Rural Social Security Raft, Vinces 2015. For the descriptive method which was used to describe the situation assess any so self-care in patients with hypertension, the purpose was to describe how blood pressure in patients manifest. Then we proceeded to prepare the list of questions to apply as technical surveys of patients attending the Rural Social Security and interviews with health professionals. From there the results were tabulated and the pictures were developed and analysis and discussion was held. So we proceeded to identified existing 62.09% of patients diagnosed with hypertension, leading a sedentary life, 46% indicated that living with relatives in alcohol 39.22%, does not consume snuff is the 45.75% do not exercise often is 24.84%, not all have a meal gunned their control is the 63.73%, there are those who do not attend their permanent controls and lack discipline in the intake of the medicine. they proposed to analyze the causes and effects of different diseases, obesity, kidney failure, among others, for patients with hypertension to promote a better quality of life.
