For the descriptive method which was used to describe the situation assess any so self-care in patients with hypertension, the purpose was to describe how blood pressure in patients manifest. Then we proceeded to prepare the list of questions to apply as technical surveys of patients attending the Rural Social Security and interviews with health professionals. From there the results were tabulated and the pictures were developed and analysis and discussion was held.
