Zusammenfassung:This research aimed to study the labor climate and its impact on the work performance of the servers of the district address 09d15 of the Ministry of Social and economic Inclusion (MIES) - the joint of the Guayas province. The objective of the research consisted in the diagnosis of the current situation of the working environment in the district address 09d15 of the Ministry of Social and economic Inclusion (MIES) - the joint of the Guayas province, as well as the determination of the factors that negatively affect the working environment and the proposal of organizational strategies to improve the labour climate in the mentioned company. For the purposes of the results of the research was the application of a survey questionnaire to the servers of the company, which was formed by 10 closed questions with respect to the assessment of the work environment, and also applied an interview aimed at the Director of the institution in order to achieve identified the level of employee performance. The results of the investigation relate to the identification of existing work climate which is characterized by fairly nice; that is, that it does not guarantee the existence of a good relationship between the employees and the company; In addition to this discontent was also identified collaborators for the little stability provided by the company, as well as the lack of motivational incentives, the notable absence of training and the impossibility of ascent to other hierarchical levels within the organization.
