Estudio de factibilidad para la implementacion de un centro de terapias alternativas para el equilibrio de la salud de los adultos mayores del canton Buena Fe, año 2013.

Were performed technique for obtaining results such as the survey, which allows to know the opinion of the population of older adults in research. After making and apply the techniques, methods, tools The following results were obtained in the economic study, investing $ 21,560.00 is needed aimed at five years with an annual increase of 5% in the first year where total revenues will be of $ 58,880.00 and fixed and variable costs of $ 29,337.41 and $ 15,459.80 respectively. After conducting market research, technical and economic study, it is important to emphasize that the absence of a Therapy Center for the elderly, it has 100% acceptance. Within the survey we obtain that 83% are willing to attend, based on the percentage proceeded to perform calculations that allowed measuring the profitability of the therapy center giving results for each dollar invested will have a profit margin of $ 0, 37 cents, making it feasible. It has obtained a NPV of $ 73,420.88 and an IRR of 76%, which is higher than the minimum acceptable rate of return (MARR) is ˃ (24.90); therefore demonstrates that the project is financially viable.
