Modelo de gestión basado en la metodología cinco “S” para el área de mantenimiento de la Empresa Agrícola “Moreano Sánchez Rosa María” del cantón Quevedo

The rules and procedures established by the SWOT, showing that natural areas meet the requirements to perform service activities properly, as well as providing the conditions to generate a pleasant working environment, in addition to all aspects after being tabulated they obtained a rating above 50% acceptance, which means that the work environment for workers is not the best, and should be improved. instrument was developed to assess the conditions of organization, order and cleanliness to the decision were taken into account the views of each employee on the working tools, their use and availability, just as the opinions of people will be assessed on the position and work area. The management model based on methodology 5 "s" to improve processes in the maintenance area having a stage of awareness for its implementation was developed.
