Crynodeb:Extrapulmonary tuberculosis is a form of tuberculosis that affects organs and tissues outside the lungs, posing specific challenges in terms of diagnosis and treatment. This study focused on providing nursing care to a patient with extrapulmonary tuberculosis, aiming to improve her quality of life and recovery. To achieve this, the importance of implementing a multidisciplinary approach was highlighted, using comprehensive assessment through Marjory Gordon's functional health patterns, which allowed for the detection and emphasis on the most prominent diagnoses in patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Based on these diagnoses, objectives and expected outcomes were established, setting up nursing interventions tailored to the patient's needs. The implemented interventions succeeded in controlling the infection, improving nutritional status, and providing adequate emotional support, which significantly contributed to the patient's overall well-being. The study underscores the importance of nursing care in the recovery of patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis, emphasizing the preeminence of an integral and multidisciplinary approach to achieve ideal outcomes in nursing care
