Summary:The research project aims to evaluate administrative management that includes four fundamental functions: planning, organization, direction and control, it involves making decisions in all stages of the administrative process, the main objective of the research is to determine the incidence of administrative management in the satisfaction of the members of the Chamber of Commerce of the Quevedo canton, therefore, the methodology to be applied, to collect the information, was supported by the use of the technique called survey, thus obtaining information directly provided by the directors of the companies. For the analysis of graphs and data processing, the Microsoft Excel program will be used, which is the most suitable for the process, of the development of the proposed topic, of administrative management, covering all activities related to the coordination and control of resources. the Chamber of Commerce of Quevedo, we made a global scheme on the real and current situation of the problem, through the results, it was evident that the administrative management of the Chamber of Commerce of Quevedo is effective in organization, but deficient in direction, impacting in member satisfaction. It is recommended to implement continuous training programs, formalize the evaluation of functional requirements and develop strategies to improve compliance with monthly quotas.
