| Sumario: | The present study was conducted in the city of Quevedo, Los Rios province, Republic of Ecuador, during 2015. How does a marketing plan affect the management of marketing distributor, "Ventascorp" in the city of Quevedo? I was raised as a general goal. "Designing a marketing plan for the distribution of personal products "Ventascorp"In the city of Quevedo, 2015". He reached the following conclusions: market research on the positioning of the distribution of personal products "Ventascorp" I showed that the distributor has low market positioning; strategies marketing plan for the distribution of personal products "Ventascorp", 2015, are: the products strategy, new brands are being introduced into the market and quality. The pricing strategy is to keep prices below the competition. The strategy proposes to maintain the place pointed distribution channel. The promotion strategy employed an advertising campaign, which consists of two stages. Each stage will last one month. The campaign employed the following means: ATL advertising (King TV, channel 39) and sales promotions (two for one) depending on the brand. The marketing plan budget amounts to $ 2.120: $ 1.300 the first phase and $ 820 the second stage.
