Implementación de la metodología seis sigma para mejoramiento del proceso de producción en la Empresa Tinoco

This project was carried out in order to improve the production of the process of engrandes in the industrial workshop TINOCO by using the methodology SIX SIGMA, the same that has been used by large companies to obtain optimal levels of quality using diverse Statistical tools. Through chapter I, possible problems were identified with the ISHIKAWA diagram that occur during their activities, chapter II documents the definition of the SIX SIGMA system and the tools used for the Fulfillment of each objective, in chapter IV flowcharts were used analytical Cursograma, diagram of route and process to observe the current situation of the process of production of engrandes and a study was applied, time of each stage of the process and thus to determine the main problems that affect the production. Through the program of Minitab, for the analysis and interpretation of the obtained data, determining thus the sigma level in which the short and long term workshop is found, the same one that is shown is deficient. Also showit that there are parts of the process that are out of specs which impair the quality of the work and the enlargements, in order to reduce these difficulties, an action plan is used which details the solutions to each problem Found in such a way as to increase productivity and efficiency.
