This research aims to evaluate the incidence of Brain Gym techniques and to study the problematic of the students of the Educational Unit "Dr. Miguel H. Alcívar "in the corner of Portoviejo period 2016-2017; Where the inadequate development of fine and gross motor skills affects learning; It is evident that there is an inadequate use of motivational pedagogical tools in the development of fine and gross motor skills. It is important to consider the characteristics of the left hemisphere of the brain, make the learners to be more logical than emotional, more organized than imaginative, less spontaneous and more analytical, which are desirable characteristics in students when applying these techniques. The Educational Unit "Dr. Miguel H. Alcívar faces a weak academic performance in the students, where the study of this problem emphasizes that the basic platform of learning is neurological systems because their characteristics become sources for organizing learning; Because learners are biological individuals who learn. The techniques of the Brain Gym will allow the development of Thin and Fine Motricity will be a tool for the teacher taking into account that it is not an end, but one of the most effective means that facilitates meaningful learning; It is important to emphasize that in developing Thin and Fine Motricity, children will be able to face obstacles, take risks and show their intellectual, affective and physical potentialities to build knowledge in their own reality. |
