In this century, advances in science and technology have changed markets simultaneously from their behavior to the production processes, to face this war sustainable strategies are required for the operation in all fields, to allow internationalization of business, especially capitalist markets. In Ecuador socioeconomic activity productive sector has always been oriented towards the exploitation of agricultural field , industrial, commercial and service; activity in recent years that have made negotiations shift governments, especially foreign markets , of in isolation allowing importing countries in the production of goods and service prices and impose rates on export volumes. Following the settlement of dollarization as a regulator of the Ecuadorian economy, the critical problems presented by the production system are more complex every day, making business less productive. The financial system, because of its importance in business economics , are channeled towards savings , investment and productivity , it means that the financial system has become the mainstay of the productive wealth generation , reason for the productive sector rests on financial institutions raising capital to enable sustainable productive development . Financial institutions operating in the canton Quevedo and its environment, not credit above guarantee low rates of interest..........................
