Factibilidad para creación de una empresa de transporte de turismo vinculado al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Quevedo año 2014

This study was made in the canton Quevedo, whose geographical location is 1° 20 '30 "south latitude and 79° 28' 30" west longitude, to a height of 73 m It was developed in 8 calendar months after project approval. The main objective is was conduct a feasibility study for the creation of a tourism transportation company linked to the Autonomous Decentralized Government Quevedo Canton. Considering the deductive methods - inductive and analytical - synthetic required for its development and the PEA of our city records provided by INEC 2010 with a projection of 2.41% until 2014 with 74,543 inhabitants it was considered which is sampled 382 people who served for product demand information directly from the source will be compiled by conducting surveys to the people of Canton also interviews the Lord Mayor of the City of Quevedo and the head GAD tourism and thus establish the feasibility of creating a tourism transportation company linked to GAD. Market research determined that there is an unmet demand relative to service the tourists and strangers which proves the need for the company. The technical study established the location of the company and also the requirements for the operation thereof. The creation of a tourist transport company demand for economic resources that the study has an investment of $ 152,379.00 dollars. Financial evaluation techniques applied in the project determined that it is financially profitable because reflected a VAN of $ 199,409.61 dollars and TIR 17.25%.
