La fertilización y su incidencia en el crecimiento de plántulas de Tabebuia chrysantha (Jacq.), en el vivero de la finca experimental La Represa, Cantón Quevedo, Provincia de Los Ríos.

Ամփոփում:The objective of this research is to determine the influence of fertilization in different concentrations, in the growth process of white guayacán seedlings at the nursery level, since in this way it seeks to reduce development time, cost and risks. Mortality of this species, thus determining which the most effective dosage in plant nutrition is. For this, measurements of diameter and stem height of 120 seedlings were made during a phase of 75 days, in each treatment; taking data every 15 days after germination. In each treatment a different dosage of fertilizers was applied. Through this investigation it was observed that the dosages used managed to obtain a percentage of 98% of germination and a mortality rate of 1.25%, that is to say that the fertilizers used did not show to affect the plants. On the other hand, the data collection in the field work was carried out at the UTEQ nursery, where they provided all their facilities, spaces and tools to carry out the project. The methodology used for the development of this research was analytical and quantitative, which was based on studies of measurements obtained in an experimental design; The results of the doses that had a better result as well as in the height and diameter relationship, were in treatment two with the dosage of Kelpack 10 cc, Yara Vita 5 cc, EverGreen 5 cc, for each liter of water, which demonstrated a rapid growth in the species of Tabebuia chrysantha (Jacq.), showing a linear and superior growth in each of the measurements carried out, especially in the comparison of the seedlings that did not apply any type of fertilizer. In this research work, he proposes looking for the most efficient dosage, which brings many benefits for the producer, since it means that in his final shift he will have a better use of wood, without production costs and unnecessary environmental damage.
