الملخص:The research was carried out in the city of Quevedo, in the northern part of the province's rivers, with the following geographical coordinates: 0 ° 43'16 "South latitude and 79 ° 27'00" West longitude. The research process lasted for 120 days. Field research carried out to Quevedo households, found that 54.7 percent want to invest in this project, but the target segment which is directed this product is to households with income greater than $800.00 also found that the preference of households with regard to the product, is a housing model modern, two-storey and three rooms. With the completion of field research was achieved to determine the current demand for the project, facing a lawsuit from 5,311 housing units; However since the availability of land for building of the existing housing estates is scarce bid for 2013 is 38 units rooms, resulting in an unsatisfied demand. On the other hand the marketing strategy which will implement the project will use media which will be through an agent Builder which will operate as an intermediary between who is running the project and the potential customer, but it is noted that sale held it is directly with the customer. The financial study led to the conclusion that the investments that will be required to carry out his execution is $391,718.09, of which will finance 70% through a credit Finance Corporation and 30% with own resources.
