In developing the study and market analysis determined that there is unmet demand potential relative to the existing supply. Besides competition analyzes and marketing strategies to be pursued for the introduction of the product to market arise. The technical study (engineering project ) , size, location, infrastructure according to the type of needs, distribution of areas and spaces required for the completion of project activities , as well as product development processes , services, costs and staff requirements. The investment needed is specified in the draft chapter detailed economic study in the pro-forma financial statements, such as: Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, the latter being worth as a basis for the corresponding financial assessment to determine the cost ratio profit, profitability generated by the project and the financial viability from the point of view of the investor, and the conclusions and recommendations on the investigation, outlining the basics feasibility and sustainability of the proposed project.
