Auditoría de gestión al sistema de producción y su relación con el cumplimiento de metas de la empresa Dibraxi S.A., cantón Quevedo, período 2012.

The research project was aimed at developing a management audit of the production system and its relation to the fulfillment of the goals of the company DIBRAXI SA, located in Canton Quevedo, province of Los Rios. In the citadel San Jose, av. Jaime Roldós Aguilera and nineteenth, APROCICO first floor office building # 3, by applying processes such as evaluation of internal control through the COSO I which comprises five components, the process by which it was possible to detect flaws or weaknesses It has the entity. The research project was conducted under application of research techniques and methods in order to detect the weaknesses of the entity such as inductive, deductive, analytical and observation; the research methodology was based on field research, descriptive literature, and finally exploratory techniques such as interviews and survey which helped greatly to fetch. After having carried out the audit process results were obtained, which allowed evidence that the production system does not detail each activity according to a function manual and an appropriate organizational structure defined, which affects the poor production process and delayed economic and productive development of the company.
