| Riassunto: | The purpose of this project is to analyze the impact of administrative process reengineering on the efficiency and productivity of HOREBINVEST S.A., a company located in the canton of Guayaquil, during 2023. To this end, a comprehensive diagnosis of the current administrative processes was conducted, identifying deficiencies in key areas of the organization, such as management and operations. The methodology used is a mixed-method approach; surveys were conducted among administrative staff and interviews were conducted with relevant executives, which allowed for the detection of structural deficiencies such as task duplication, delays in critical processes, and poor technological integration. The results reveal the existence of organizational barriers, such as resistance to change, inadequate internal communication, and lack of training, which restrict the implementation of improvements. Based on the diagnosis, a reengineering initiative is proposed based on the automation of key processes, the implementation of technological tools such as ERP and CRM, and the strengthening of human talent through training programs and participatory leadership. The comprehensive optimization of administrative processes is a proposal that aims to reduce costs, optimize time, and ensure the sustainability of changes through performance indicators and ongoing monitoring. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of structured and strategic change to achieve greater operational efficiency and business competitiveness in dynamic contexts. |
