Evaluación del control interno y su incidencia en la gestión administrativo-financiera de la hacienda Macavelo, parroquia Patricia Pilar, cantón Buena Fe, año 2012

The research was conducted at the Hacienda Macavelo, is a legally constituted company , located in the Parish Patricia Pilar Km 45 Via Santo Domingo Quevedo Canton Buena Fe province of Los Ríos. With the following geographic coordinates are: 0 ° 43'16 "south latitude and 79 º 27'00 " west longitude. The research process lasted 120 days, currently, the company has shortcomings in the administrative internal control - Financial, they do not allow you to effectively develop activities for lack of a organization functions , hence the need designing an internal control manual for describing the functions of the staff and , the procedures to be followed , to route all the activities taking place in the company and thus improve the administrative and financial management. The aim of this work is to develop a reasoned and documented proposal to allow those responsible for Finance Macavelo, make, operate and troubleshoot problems that may arise in the company. According to the Treasury Macavelo situation assessment in the period 2012, has identified that the company has no manual functions, policies and procedures to guide employees of administrative and financial areas to make their work effective. As proposed design manual internal control policies and institutional objectives, defining roles and guidelines to be followed by employees of the organization to obtain a coherent and systematic process activities that will benefit the entire Hacienda raised I Macavelo.
