Estudio del ruido fluctuante, causante de contaminación acústica en la zona urbana de la ciudad de Quevedo, Provincia de Los Ríos, año 2016.

This research "Study of fluctuating noise, cause of noise pollution in the urban area of Quevedo, Los Ríos province, year 2016", aimed to study noise pollution in the urban area of the Quevedo city by using the current noise levels in seven key points of the city monitoring and evaluation of the public perception with regard to the subject. Noise monitoring was conducted from 18-24 of December 2016. Monitored sites were: Prefecture, Genesis educational unit (outside), Humberto Alvarado Prado, South Bridge, input Guayacán, terminal and the ring of the parish Venus del Río Quevedo; obtained data were subjected to analysis of variance using the two-factor randomized design and subsequently the Tukey multiple range test was conducted to separate stockings, resulting that at all points of monitoring will exceed the maximum permissible limits established by Ministerial Agreement 097-A, annex 5, table 1. The results of 105 citizenship interviews were studied with multivariate analysis, obtaining the most discriminating items were: The noise could their your health, noise disrupts their normal work, noise decreases their ability to concéntrate, noise may cause hearing loss. With the results obtained from the study of noise was developed acoustic maps indicating noise levels for each site and each schedule.
