La inseguridad en la inserción laboral vulnera los derechos fundamentales de los ciudadanos que hayan cumplido sentencia condenatoria

Equality is the fundamental legal value legitimizing human rights, the realization of effective social means the absence of discrimination against any subject of law, the right to equality presupposes not only the recognition of the equal value as the supreme value of the legal system, but also the necessary coordination and harmonization with other higher values, so that form, systematic unity among themselves. In this thesis research, it is proposed to increase by unnumbered section after working for people with disabilities, ecuadorian Labor Code, which obliges all companies having more than 25 employees, to hire, as stipulated that article, a person who has served his criminal debt to society. This legal proposal will benefit this vulnerable and thus help reduce crime in society. Similarly, it will protect the rights and constitutional guarantees of those who have regained their freedom and face the need to purchase a decent and honored for their support and their families. With this proposed amendment to the Law and the Labor Law, are provided conditions that guarantee respect for people who completely fulfilled his conviction, returning and becoming socially productive subjects, and in this way, strengthen integration, personal fulfillment and overcome weak existential conditions that drive back to the commission of crimes.
