| Sumari: | The objective of this research was to analyze the hematological and biochemical parameters of juvenile red tilapia fed with chitosan at the “La María” Campus. The experimental design was completely random, as a review, 15 juveniles were used per treatment and 15 per repetition, giving a total of 270 fish. They were kept in the laboratory for a period of 55 days to later carry out the analyzes in which 18 samples were collected, to be analyzed in a clinical laboratory. In the obtained results it was possible to determine the mean of the enzymatic activity of glutamic oxaláxetic transaminase, this was 187.00 U / L, in this variable there was no statistical significance, for the hematocrit responses the mean was 40.67%, the erythrocytes presented a mean of 4.37 / ul, hemoglobin presented an average of 13.53 g / dL, for the variable Average Corpuscular Volume the average was 93.09 fL, The Average Corpuscular Hemoglobin was observed an average of 30.98 pg and for the Average Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration the average was 33.31 g / dL, in these variables statistical significance was observed and finally sodium ionograms were evaluated that obtained an average of 162.00 mmol / L, iron ionograms that presented an average of 308.33 ug / dL and chlorine with a mean of 122 mmol / L in these last variables if there was statistical significance. With these values obtained, it was possible to verify that the use of chitosan in the diet of juvenile red tilapia produced favorable results in the metabolic responses of the fish. Key words: aquaculture, hematological parameters, metabolic enzyme, biostimulant, pelletized feed. |
