The purpose of the object of study, was to develop a manual of functions for the agricultural undertaking, in order to improve the organizational and operational performance of human talent, to effect a field study, was implemented to determine the need for a manual functions, just as the different functions and activities of each office, the levels of responsibility were analyzed, the possibility of simplification and elimination of unnecessary operations. For purposes of the study field and documentary, has resorted to methods, techniques and instruments of research, which allowed collect, interpret, and analyze the information through surveys and interviews applied to 19 employees, general manager and Manager of human resources of the cooperative production and marketing La Clementina, worker - owners. The analysis of the results of the study field and documentary, allowed the goals and test the hypothesis of this study, also gave guidelines to design functions for the agricultural company manual. The implementation of manual functions in cooperative production and marketing La Clementina, workers - proprietary "COOPROCLEM", will be an important tool, since it will allow to define the administrative positions Thanks to the requirements established for operating and functional staff in order to run with accountability, efficiency and effectiveness control - development activities of the agricultural undertaking. |
