La Automatización En Los Procesos Administrativos Y Su Impacto En La Productividad Del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado De San Jacinto De Buena Fe, 2023

This study aims to analyze the impact of automation on the administrative processes of the Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) of San Jacinto de Buena Fe during the year 2023. In a context marked by population growth and the demand for more efficient public services, the research addresses how technological tools can transform administrative management, improving efficiency, resource optimization and transparency in government activities. The methodological approach includes quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to evaluate productivity, quality of citizen service and decision-making in the administrative field. The findings reveal that the implementation of automated systems not only reduces operating times and costs, but also encourages more agile and effective citizen service, strengthening the population's confidence in public management. It is concluded that automation represents a strategic resource for institutional development and the modernization of processes in local governments, being essential to establish policies that promote its adequate and sustainable use.
