Gaia:This research develops in the credit union Agrocomercial Ltda, located in the Bolivar streets and Luis Maria Pinto of Pichincha Canton, the study is mainly applied in the planning of internal control in the Cooperative, with the main objective of assess the financial department that affects economic result, this is established according to the problems How does the Internal Control in the Finance Department affects the economic performance of the credit union Agrocomercial Ltda. of Pichincha Canton, 2014?. Methodological address will be guided in the use of research based on the types of research: Applied field bibliographical of action and Descriptive where the observation techniques will be used, the survey, where the theoretical methods applied : Inductive - Deductive, Analytical; and empirical methods: observation and others whose support is the information obtained through primary and secondary sources supported by methods and tools of research, to develop the internal control in the company. According to the research results obtained in the investigation that there is a level of performance of the functions manager 78% (high), the counter 57% (moderate), the Financial 75% (high), according to the table securities, while the confidence level of the company is earning a total of 68% (high) but it is worth noting that in the cooperative are not being met policies and regulations must also be implemented plans to improve staff training job performance and hence profitability of the Cooperative..
